Setsuzo Ota, assistant judo instructor, is seated to the left of Hideichi Nagaoka. Ninth belt Hideichi Nagaoka was an invited guest at the first Youth Judo competition, an event held to commemorate the opening of the Youth Judo Club in Palos Verdes. |
