Site of the Point Loma Universal Brotherhood and Theosophical Society Homestead (also known as "Lomaland") established in 1897 by Katherine Tingley (1847-1929), on the site of what is today Point Loma Nazarene College. Split-back printed in green ink on reverse with "PANAMA-CALIFORNIA EXPOSITION - SAN DIEGO - THE COMPLETION OF THE PANAMA CANAL" in a medallion and “PUBLISHED BY ENO & MATTESON, SAN DIEGO, CAL. MADE IN U.S.A. / COPYRIGHT 1912 BY THE PANAMA-CALIFORNIA EXPOSITION" along left edge; "C.T. PHOTOCHROM" for the Curt Teich Company of Chicago and numbered “A-825”; numbered on front “4000”
