| Abstract/Description: | Image shows view of the Joseph E. Callaway residence, located on Granvia La Costa (later Palos Verdes Drive West) on lot 17, block 1614, tract 6885. The two-story, six-room stucco house with tile roof is shown with a pair of french doors along the lower level and three upper windows with wrought-iron grill work. A stone stairway is visible at far left, and another stairway is visible along the side of the house at far right. A stone wall enclosed the front of the property. Joseph Callaway was the designer and builder of the house. | |
