Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Hamond Sadler residence, located on Via Anita on lot 21, block 1702, tract 6882 in Malaga Cove. View shows covered entranceway to seven-room, two-story stucco house with tile roof, chimney and attached two-car garage. A stone stairway leads to gated terrace with eucalyptus tree and arched window. The owner, Hammond Sadler, was also the designer of the house. House was later owned by Kingman and then Feder [first names unknown.]
