Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Lt. Col. and Mrs. Gerard M. Kincade residence, located on Via Almar on lot 6, block 1513, tract 6886 in Malaga Cove. Elevated view looking north shows the two-story, stucco ten-room house with tile roof and attached two-car garage with patio entrance. A wrought-iron balcony is visible at right. The Haggarty estate on Paseo del Mar is visible in background along coast, across from E.I. Martin house. The Kincade residence, designed by Mrs. Kincade, was later owned by Carl von Bibra (1929), Robert Peasley, and William Eady.
