Address on building permit card is given as 501 Via Almar. The cities of Torrance and Redondo Beach are visible in the distance. Also known as "Tres Olivos," the Breeden house was later the summer residence of Miss Aline Barnsdall (1929), oil heiress who also owned Hollyhock House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The Breeden residence was afterwards owned by Dr. Brox.
