Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Mr. & Mrs. Seymour F. Bergstrom residence, located on Via la Selva on lot 8 block 1602, tract 6882, in Malaga Cove. View looking southwest shows front of the single-story, five-room stucco house with chimney and shingle roof. Two stone pathways are visible in the front yard, with several eucalyptus trees at right. The Moran residence (2404 Via la Selva) is visible at far right. Seymour ("Bergie") Bergstrom was a surveyor and staked out most of the lots in Palos Verdes and was the city clerk and manager of the Palos Verdes Homes Association until his death, ca. 1950.
