View looking southwest shows front of the single-story, five-room stone tile house with chimney, attached garage, and tile roof. A stone tile wall encloses the front patio and eucalyptus trees surround the house. An automobile is visible at far right. Boyd Comstock was a well known tract coach at the University of Southern California . The home's builders are given as Whiting-Boynton-Potts on the building permit card. The house was later owned by Henry Hodge.
