Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Mr. and Mrs. James F. Dawson residence, located on Via la Selva on lot 18, block 1801, tract 6883, in Valmonte. View shows two-story, seven-room stucco house with chimney and steep-pitched tile roof. The chimney is a prominent exterior feature along living room wall, with entrance and balconies visible at left, and windows with shutters on either side. A stone pathway is visible along edge of grass lawn, with landscaping not yet finished. The house was later owned by William A. Goldsworthy (by 1953.)
