Abstract/Description: Image shows interior view of the Mr. & Mrs. George C. Kincaid residence (formerly with the address of 849 Via Somonte), located on Via Conejo on lot 9, block 1537, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. Image shows living room of the two-story, nine-room stucco house, with hand-made shingle-tile roof, chimney and attached garage. Visible is living room's A-frame open-beam ceiling, stucco and tile fireplace, and contemporary furniture. Door to turret entrance hall is visible in background. Winchton Leamon Risley was a consulting architect on the project. Mrs. Kincaid later married Judge Donald Armstrong.
