Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Mr. & Mrs. George C. Kincaid residence (formerly with the address of 849 Via Somonte), located on Via Conejo on lot 9, block 1537, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. View looking northwest shows entrance the two-story, nine-room stucco house, with hand-made shingle-tile roof, chimney and attached garage. A pepper tree is visible at left with a stone walkway leading to the circular entrance. The living room chimney is visible, flanked by two windows with shutters. Winchton Leamon Risley was a consulting architect on the project. Grace Kincaid later married Judge Donald Armstrong.
