Abstract/Description: Image shows view of the Mr. & Mrs. George C. Kincaid residence (formerly with the address of 849 Via Somonte), located on Via Conejo on lot 9, block 1537, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove. View shows side yard with stonework retaining wall and steps of the two-story, nine-room stucco house, with hand-made shingle-tile roof, chimney and attached garage. A weathervane is visible on turret rooftop at left, and two dormer windows are visible at right. Winchton Leamon Risley was a consulting architect on the project. Grace Kincaid later married Judge Donald Armstrong.
