Abstract/Description: Image shows group portrait of four students who competed in a tennis tournment at Malaga Cove School. The boys, wearing shirts and ties and holding their rackets, are standing on the school tennis courts. Identified, left to right, are: 1. Jason Cedarholm; 2. Boyd Comstock Jr.; 3. Spencer Moeller; and 4. Jack Wallace. The grammar school, built for a cost of $85,000, opened on April 5, 1926 and received an Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects for the most notable school architecture in Southern California for the years 1925-26.
