Visible in background at far right is the Palos Verdes Estates Sales Office, constructed in 1924 at 301 Granvia La Costa. Atop the hills in distance at right is La Venta Inn, which opened in the summer of 1923 and was the first permanent building constructed by the Palos Verdes Project. Written on reverse of photo is "Property of J.N. Bissell." | |
