Abstract/Description: Image shows townhomes with red tile roofs in The Terraces townhome condominium complex located on 28512 Highridge Road in Rolling Hills Estates. The 400-unit complex was developed by Cayman Development Company. The first phase of the development was completed in June 1973. The development won the Gold Nugget Award of 1973 at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference of the National Association of Home Builders.
