Abstract/Description: Image shows view of a group of boys gathered around an outdoor stone fireplace located in the eucalyptus grove west of the Palos Verdes Golf Course. One boy is handling a pot on top of the fireplace while another is placing wood into the fire grate. The Palos Verdes Project built the outdoor fireplace for scouting groups such as the Boy Rangers and Campfire Girls who used the site for camping and cooking outdoors.
