From A. Romero, January 16 event attendee: 'This is the "Hedley Beachcomber House" at Royal Palms. Walt Disney discovered the home while exploring the San Pedro coast as a guest of Ramon Sepulveda. He hired Mr. Hedley to work for him at Disneyland. He was responsible for much of Frontierland.'
