Cameron residence (also given the address of 872 Rincon Lane), located on Via del Monte on lots 16 and 17, block 1631, tract 7330 in Montemalaga. View shows dining room, with coffered ceiling and hardwood floor. Contemporary wooden dining table, drop-leaf side table and two side chairs are visible, with buffet at far right. A wrought-iron gate and arched hallway entrance are visible at left. A wrought-iron chandelier hangs from the ceiling at right. Adrian E. Cameron (1895-1967) was Director of the Palos Verdes Homes Association (ca. 1927.) This house received the Palos Verdes Art Jury's Certificate of Honor for the most notable residence architecture of 1924. |
