Dolly and Kendel Cody Cornwell

'This is one of the loves of my life, Dolly, a Tennessee walking horse. She isn't my horse but she lives in Palos Verdes. I feel like we are one. She is owned by Marlin More of Palos Verdes. Dolly just turned 33 years old on March 10th of this year, and is my heart and soul. Now retired she has given me five years of wonderful riding around Palos Verdes trails. I feel it is important to include these wonderful healing animals into the Palos Verdes story. I am an employee of the Palos Verdes Library District. May this story be a memory to all the Palos Verdes horses! Horses play such an important part to so many people in Palos Verdes, I hope folks will enjoy Dolly. Location: Palos Verdes Estates.', Your Story is the Peninsula's Story (YSPS) Online submission, March 23, 2020.
