San Diego City beach newly re-opened for exercise

'View of Pacific Beach north of Crystal Pier newly reopened for swimming, surfing, running and walking, but not sunbathing. Note that the pier is still closed at the time of the photo, although two people are evident on it, and may have come from the hotel on the pier. Some of the hotel bungalows are visible to the left of the image. Also note that the image was made while standing next to a barrier along the still closed boardwalk that runs along the edge of the short seaside cliffs.
