Susan Zareski

Growing up in New York City and Long Island, Susan received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Connecticut. She then went on to pursue her masters in Nursing, Education, and Adult Clinical Psychology from UCLA. After teaching at El Camino College for 45 years as a Professor of Nursing, she finally retired 9 years ago at the age of 66. Susan values her family and home life, particularly her husband of 53 years who has made her life very interesting.

Susan enjoys traveling with her husband all over the world and is also a voracious reader. On average, she reads about 3 ~ 5 books a week and frequents the Peninsula Center Library. She also loves knowing about people and being with people. It was her curiosity about people that drew her towards Nursing. Right now her biggest interest is her four grandchildren – 2 girls and 2 twin boys. She feels very fortunate to lead the life she has as she has been loved, felt loved, and has the capacity to love others.  Location:  Palos Verdes Estates, CA.
