View looking northeast shows partial view of the two-story, ten-room stucco house with chimney and tile roof, with dense landscaping. The Haggarty estate is visible in the distance at right, with the Santa Monica Bay and shore in background. Also known as "Tres Olivos," the Breeden house was later the summer residence of Miss Aline Barnsdall (1929), oil heiress who also owned Hollyhock House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
