View looking northeast shows partial view of the two-story, ten-room stucco house with chimney and tile roof, with an olive tree visible at right. A partial view of Santa Monica Bay and shore are in background. Also known as "Tres Olivos," the Breeden house was later the summer residence of Miss Aline Barnsdall (1929), oil heiress who also owned Hollyhock House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
