CollectionPalos Verdes Project Promotional Material CollectionDateca 1927CreatorPalos Verdes ProjectDescriptionFolded brochure on grey-colored paper with an image on front showing the interior of a home with chair and table on either side of an arched window. The view from the window shows Redondo Beach. Brochure interior reads: "Does your Living Room window frame such a view as this...where you might think you were gazing on the blue waters of the Mediterranean? This is truly America's counterpart of the French and Italian Riviera. Here is a view which will enlarge your vision and lift you above the petty cares of your daily round. This is what Palos Verdes Estates offers you. The permanent beauty of its views is assured through the effective enforcement, by the Palos Verdes Homes Association and the Palos Verdes Art Jury, of its nationally recognized Protective Restrictions".
