She told us the movie, Cleopatra, was all filmed on location in Italy but when they got back to the U.S. they needed to film one more scene so they came out to the peninsula to do it.

For three days we watched the actors dressed in their roman costumes get transported by flat bed trucks along the dirt paths to their location.
