View shows north side of the house with tile roof, small balcony over arched entranceway and newly planted landscaping. Two men working on the gardens, which were designed by the Olmsted brothers, are visible at far left. According to the building permit card #129, the large Spanish style two-story home with attached three-car garage was built by the Palos Verdes Home Association as Project House #7. It is featured in the Palos Verdes Bulletin of April 1928, which includes a detailed plan of the house.
