Collection Search DescriptionIn honor of Veteran’s Day we captured the life experiences and stories of community members, each sharing their experience in the military, and premiered the videos in our Community Room. The stories feature a glimpse into the complex and personal experiences of war – from being drafted, seeing combat, gaining insight and knowledge through service to how such experiences has shaped each contributor’s life. Through these stories and videos, the Palos Verdes Library District honors and recognize all veterans and thank you for your service. Thank you to our storytellers for trusting us with your story, and to StoryCenter for continued support for bringing the power of story to our community.
