Collection Search DescriptionPVLD's Local History Center is frequently visited by patrons interested in learning about the history of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. With the closure of our library facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Local History Center brought community history out of the Library with the "Pedal PV" vlog. Each episode brings a slice of Peninsula history and ranges from the natural and built environment to the area's social history. The Peninsula's history is fascinating - whether you bike, walk or jog.
